I highly recommend enlisting Sandi as your real estate agent for any buying or selling assistance you may need. She went above and beyond with regards to communication, marketing, and showing the property. Our home was empty at time of showing as I had relocated to another state. Sandi visited the property before/during each showing and ensured lights were turned on, counters and floors were wiped down, candles were lit, and buyers were provided additional information as needed. She also provided feedback as far as lawn and home maintenance needs while I was away. The closing went smoothly due to the consistent communication throughout including text messaging, phone calls, and email. A++!

Sandi Dietrich Is an amazing lady, when we first met her I instantly knew she was the person I would trust the sale of our home with . She went above and beyond what we ever experienced with other real estate agent, she dotted all the i’s and crossed the t’s. Sandi had all the specifications of the area , canal, town information in regarding taxes, water ways , size of boats , community fees ready for any questions that came her way, what she didn’t have she quickly retrieved .
