Blind Pass

Blind Pass Condo has always been a popular destination for those island visitors who enjoy the island ambiance, but in a quieter setting. Located on the west end of the island in very near proximity to the internationally known Bowman's Beach, this is a Paradise all unto itself. The complex is better than ever with its fabulous pool, tennis and pickle ball courts all redone, along with a brand new clubhouse. The bayou bridge to the beach was rebuilt and the beach is still laden with sugary sand and shells, shells, shells. This 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath Townhome, is on the 2nd floor and had zero flooding from Ian. The only damage to this unit from the storm were the screens were blown out on the lanais. The kitchen, living and dining room and 1/2 bath and laundry are on the first floor and the two bedrooms, plus two full baths and striking wood floors are upstairs. This unit boasts two screened lanais, one off the living room and the other off the spacious master, where you actually have VIEWS of the GULF from your screened lanai! So much to do in your beach paradise, be it swimming, or playing tennis or perhaps you prefer pickleball, riding your bike, kayaking, walking the beach, whatever it is that you enjoy, its all just at your fingertips.
